The Office of Defense Trade Controls at the Department of State (ODTC) administers the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).  These regulations govern the sale and export of munitions from the United States.

The CBP enforces Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) rules and regulations controlling the sale and distribution of alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives. 

Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (ATTB)

The CBP collects at the time of entry the various excise taxes imposed by the ATTB on tobacco and alcohol and other spirits.
